Rolls Royce Phantom II Sedanca de Ville by Fernandez. This car has LHD, is chassisnumber 24 EX, this is an experimental chassis, the first left hand drive, and this is the second body on this chassis, fitted in 1932, when owned by the first private owner, H.M. Blackmer in Paris
