Back to this car - I vote 1991+ XJR - smoother body kit than previous TWR added bits. -- Last edit: 2011-06-19 01:20:30 |

Here's the set of tables I've compiled for Jaguar and Daimler from Glass's info. I do not expect them to be bulletproof - there are holes in the info and I have not had time to test them against our cars. So work-in-progress status and all feedback/improvements/errors welcome, but am away from home over next 2-3 weeks so unlikely to be able to respond properly until I get back. Some notes: 1] Not expected to be reliable for US trims and names. 2] Restyled side indicators after 9/93 – all XJ40 models still in production. 3] Wheel styles not included - there is some information in Glass’s, but text descriptions only (eg “new alloy design” which do not make useful sense without pictures) and unclear what variations existed for some models. Needs pictures to be useful. 4] No information on tints – at the start, they don’t seem to be fitted, but by the end most/all cars seem to have them. Probably optional for some versions before being standardised. 5] Some production overlaps I did not expect - see duration dates. ![]() ![]() If anyone wants to copy/move these into the forum page - feel free. I can never work it properly as it seems to only let me find a page or log in, not do both together. |

Thanks for your hard work. I've put them on G-Mann's forum topic. |
