 Sure about a Neckar? The scene is obviously not shot in Germany, so a Fiat would be more likely. The plate can be a faked one - but better than the very poor ones on the Ihle-BMW and the motorbike.

 Sixcyl is right. The colours are black over ivory (code 601 and 235).
