Could this be an Arnolt-Bristol? In the background is a Borgward Isabella Coupe for sure. |

I think most Arnolt-Bristols (amid several different shapes) were shorter and dumpier, with higher curves over the front wheels and longer bonnets. My hunch would be something like a Lister (Jaguar "Knobbly) or a Tojeiro (again Jaguar) but nothing found which really matches. The wires look Jag-ish, but that might be a false clue. |

Yes, I think you're right with your opinions about the Arnolt-Bristols. What about Jaguar C-Type? Can't make out in this picture, if it has the louvres on the side. |

Ooops - I meant to write shorter bonnets for the Arnolts, but you avoided the confusion. I mulled over C-Type as well, so maybe 2 half-hunches add up to a full hunch but still undecided. If it's really a C-Type, I'd expect it to be featured more distinctly rather than a casual partly obscured background. |

I'll agree, but maybe it's a replica. There are several of them, from different manufacturers. Found even one with Dutch plates: ![]() |
