Some info about norwegian vehicles can be found here: Link to "svvgw.vegvesen.no" It´s the official site for registry giving info about when a vehicle is due for inspection, and the only info given on the internet. You get the Make, model and year of entry in norwegian registry + of course when it passed inspection last and when it´s due again. Info can´t be copied and pasted. This one is called Ford E3, and it was registered in Norway 1998. |

I suppose that modelname wasn´t changed, if it was sold new in Norway. It might be imported as a used vehicle, the "box" on it looks very american to me. E3 might be some kind of chassiscode? I don´t know much about the norwegian system but I understand it like they just state when the car enters in registry, and that it has no connection when it was built or eventual modelyear. At least in this context, but info is also available through SMS or by writing to the authorities. I guess you can get complete info that way. |

By the VIN this is a 1996 E-Super Duty [E-450]. The predecessor to the 1999+ E-450. The E40 in the VIN dictates this.
