It's a Dodge, from what I can tell. Plymouth's appear to have Verticle grille slats like this one http://oldcarandtruckpictures.com/Chrysler/1938-Plymouth-woody-fvl.jpg and the hood ornament touches at the front http://farm1.static.flickr.com/92/207622537_58cad0006d.jpg , whereas this one the hood ornament is suspended at the front and has horizontal grille slats like this Dodge http://www.autogallery.org.ru/k/d/38ddseries116_4_cpe6cyl3spd_HMN.jpg |
