That's a very rare one, because 1984 was the first Audi 200 year (one year later the 100 C3), so this can be one of the first 200 sold in Italy ![]() Note: in this scene the Audi 200 is put in a very expensive car group for that period (Maserati, Jaguar, Mercedes, Saab). This means that in the 80s Audi had already a luxury and expensive car reputation ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() -- Last edit: 2008-11-22 18:05:56 |

The other cars (Mercedes, Jaguar) could be listed too, they seems to all have a kind of role... what is the silver one? |

Wouldn't be the Italian sports car (Iso?) with the nice Italian-style alloys (Campagnolo?) be very worth to list? ![]() |

In the 80's audi was everything but a luxury brand, it was considered an overpriced VW, just like today more or less. -- Last edit: 2014-07-17 17:28:03 (antp) |

Maybe it was not as known as BMW and Mercedes when talking about luxury brands yet. But from the middle-end of the 90ies the things have changed, you can't deny it. Of course, there are still many people who can't see the difference between Audi and VW... Same thing for those who consider Lexus an overpriced Toyota. |
