The Kiev decoder gives you the maximum amount of details https://carinfo.kiev.ua/cars/vin/renault/vin_check?su=o_vfmozhgx5e Colour Spruce green, Destination country Italy, Equipment level E1. (low but E0 is still lower) |

Yeah, but it's been acting up for like a year, and you only get three tries a day. That's why I now use the Asia decoder: https://catalogs.ssg.asia/audivw/?lang=en |

Maybe with a VPN you can get around that. I don't have one installed at the moment. Also useful if antp blocks your IP. |

I don't like the sound of that... |

The kiev one always gives me trouble too ![]() The catalog ssg asia is good but you can’t input Renualt VINs there. |

RL trim (which was the lowest here) by black bumpers in that date. Also it was sold as 1.2 even being 1149 cc ![]() |

I know that dealer. I have some friends living in that area and I always see it along the road when I go there, usually in summers |

Indeed, by then almost all the basic ones were Up, even if the RL was still formally available. I believe RL would have been E0? |

Could be, I haven't seen any in the build sheets I've checked so far ![]() To be honest, I'm not 100% sure how these codes are used, so I only suggest the trim levels only if I find some evidences in the picture or by the combination of engine, market specs etc. However, I suspect that an 'E0' or 'EA0' code is used when an ultra-low spec trim level is added after the range has already been built. I cannot find any Renault example for this now, but a similar case could be the nameless entry-level Citroen Saxo, introduced in summer 1998, more than two years after the launch (until then, the entry level was the then more upmarket X). I was able to find some tables matching codes and trim level names, but they vary by model and market specifications, so they cannot be considered really complete ![]() |

Indeed, this looks plausible ![]() |
