Most likely a 1940-41 Graham Hollywood Sedan since both grilles seems to be chromed. The similar Hupmobile Skylark had only the lower grill in chrome and the upper parts in bodycolour. After what I can find. Both cars are very rare with body design from Cord 810/812 adapted for rear wheel drive. The Hupmobile was shown first in late 1938 then called Junior 6 and a few cars were assembled more or less by hand during 1939. Real production was started in spring 1940 for both makes and the Hupmobile made only a few hundred cars before they had to quit in the fall of 1940. Graham lasted about a year longer. |
