It is a Saviem SG or SM. I am not sure what the letters mean. SM6: http://home.hetnet.nl/~renaultoloog/saviem_sm6_1967.jpg SG4: http://www.crea-miniatures.com/images/SaviemSG4.jpg I guess the number gives the gross weight.
