This is stock footage again. Might be interesting to add that as an extra option like "only seen in deleted scenes"... since it's part of the movie and it isn't. |

Indeed... I'll put that on my to-do list |

I would not separate that at all... |

What do you mean by "separate"? Archive footage is like background cars but which were not even filmed for the movie. |

Yes, I just mean adding the info that it's not original footage, makes more sense for people looking at these screenshots. Often the source is newsreels, or it's a clip from an older movie... Unless you're Ed Wood and you make your whole movie out of stock footage. ![]() -- Last edit: 2008-12-24 02:18:15 |

Well in some movies it could be annoying: /movie_321715-La-classe-americaine.html That movie is made only from stock footage ![]() |

It is the hull of a Hotchkiss H35, made by the French, but used widley by the Germans. |

It may be a Renault R-35 light tank. If it is a Hotchkiss H35 it should only have two track return rollers above the main suspension. The R-35 has three track return rollers. Plus, the rear sprocket on the R35 is mounted low, just above the ground (which looks like this picture). The rear sprocket on the H35 is larger and mounted higher (looking less like this picture). The suspension with the small bogie wheels sprung by horizontal coil springs is similar on both the H35 and R-35. But the picture above looks more like an R-35 suspension to me. |
