You don't see this car often. Just maybe three times.

Leoz wrote Does it crash? Hope not, wouldn't this be a '63 Vette, rather than a '64? EDIT: Ah, no split rear-window means it's a 64... good.

Actually Leoz, it DOES crash. It was so sad. It rolled a few times too.

This crash killed the main character's wife and the six other people who were in the E-Series bus which rolled over

Here is the crash scene and I am just sick of Hollywood wrecking rare classic car for shitty movies like this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwqctGdtMq8

I'm sick of them wrecking them in ANY movie.

Are C2 Corvettes expensive? Is it like the American Jaguar E-Type in terms of value and desirability? If so, I doubt they'd have wrecked the same one that was used as the "main car", they might have used a replica shell for the crash scene.

The one thing people overlook. You can buy a shell or a crap box and wreck that instead of the main car.

The car is indeed a '64...and a mold was made of the picture car and a fake fiberglass body made from it, which was mounted on a 1981 Corvette chassis.
