When Wiley arrives to pick-up the two men on the top of the hill when she drives by and then comes towards them. The mustang sounded like a V-8 burble. Also when they take off down the hill. The specs on automobile-catalog show the optional V-8 didn't arrive until 1975. Maybe this movie was made late in 1974.

The grille also changed to bigger squares that were not as inset, with new, plain turn signals with no cross on them.
