The crease on body - next to rear wheel arch - can indicates Melex IMO... EDIT: Just spent some time looking on pics of old E-Z-GOs and Melexes and I really can't find any E-Z-GO with such rear fender and crease, it is however to meet in nearly all older Melexes.
