Chrysler, yes - could be either a 1929 75 phaeton or a 1929-30 70 phaeton. |

In 1929 there was no series 70 in the Chrysler line but a series 65 , 75 and the Imperial line.In 1930 there was the series six , the series 66 ,70 ( or V),77,and the Imperial line.Factory pictures of the 1930 series 70 phaeton with the winged hood louvres show a divided windscreen with black fenders and aprons whereas the 1929 series 75 phaeton shows a one piece windscreen and black fenders for the base phaeton and fender color matching the trim for the tonneau phaeton.Because the fenders are not black I would go for a 1929 Chrysler series 75 tonneau phaeton if the paint is original.A side view would help since the tonneau phaeton had ventilation ports in the rear doors. |
