There was never a decent shot of it and all outside shots of it were blurry: I don't know if this might help in identifying it at all: I'm almost sure it's a Ford E-Series. It is the most common ambulance in the US by far and in later scenes outsideof the hospital, another E-Series ambulance is seen. It might have even been the same one.
