Funny how Australian cars of the 70s were all the way around the world yet their styling resembled near-replicas of many American cars, only slightly smaller versions of them. I'd love to have a 1970s AU Ford LTD some day -- Last edit: 2009-01-28 06:05:59 |

They are extremely rare now. Ford Australia actually homologated the Landau for Group C racing. They did this as a variant of the Falcon coupe homologation specs in order to get four wheel disc brakes approved for the Falcon Group C cars, as the Landau had them as standard equipment, but the Falcon's didn't |

Only 272 were made before they dropped that style as described at http://www.geocities.com/falconfacts/fairlaneltd/zgp5.html . |
