 It seems that the Argentinian "Export" was still a 103D or there is a mistake on this site: http://www.cocheargentino.com.ar/f/fiat_1100.htm
(Similar with Zastava 1100 E).

 I think built by Fiat Concord, in Argentina.

 this the only Fiat 1100 sold and made in Argentina. CocheArgentino it's right.
