To me it looks like a perfectly ordinary 1950s American convertible that just hasn't been identified yet. |

Maybe, but those look like quad-headlights on the sides of the grille, which weren't available on cars until 1957, and even then they were only available on a few cars. This one looks like it's from the mid-1950's. |

To me it looks like a 1952 Ford Crestline Sunliner, slightly modified. The grille and some of the trim is missing, but the front part, including the doors and the dashboard, seems to match up. As for the rest – the rear wing looks somewhat different, and as far as I can make out, the placement of the taillights is wrong, too. The shape of the trunk lid seems OK again. |
