 1928-30 Plymouth, DeSoto or Dodge Bros. I am leaning towards Plymouth due to hubcap design.

 I have a 1929 Plymouth and it has vertical windshield pillars and a visor. If it is a Chrysler product, this car is 1932 - not sure of the make though.
