As far as I can tell it's a so-called "Schwerer Kurzhauber"(which means something like "heavy-weight, short hood/bonnet"). Due to the big windscreen it must be post 1967. As far as I can recall, those trucks were produced both in Germany and in Africa(South Africa, Nigeria), partially as CKD-kits. This is what I am quite sure about, but I can't tell which engine it has. Since the headlights are intergrated in the frontbumper, it could be a LS 1928. |
