The Chevy badge is pretty visible on the cowl insignia. The weight class isn't though, but it's still a W-Series. |

I checked the vehicle smog test history on the California.gov site and it is listed as a 1995 Isuzu NPR in the first test. Then in the second test it is listed as a Chevrolet "W-4 Tiltmaster" and the next three tests simply list it as a Chevrolet "Tilt Master." So I'm not sure about the names but it would have to be a 1995. |

Built-in USA since it's the gasoline engine version. All gas Isuzu and GM variants were built at GM's Janesville, Wisconsin plant for this generation. The diesel-powered models were built by Isuzu in Japan. |
