Looks like a 1949-50-something Dodge or Plymouth. |

It is a Plymouth. Hubcap is post 1949 so I make it to be a 1950 Plymouth Deluxe 2 door sedan. I believe a Special Deluxe would have script above chrome trim on front fender. |
