The car is a 1967 GTO and not a 1966. You can tell by the front grille, along with the stainless steel trim along the bottom of the open door and on the bottom of the front fender and rocker panel. 1966 GTOs did not have the stainless steel trim and had a slightly different front grille. There was also a 1967 Pontiac Firebird convertible featured in this movie. I just watched this movie this morning on "Antenna TV". The movie was filmed in 1967 and released in April of 1968. |
