Though the pic seem to be a bit too low I'm pretty sure this is a 1949 Wayfarer: side strip is not continued on the door, there's no space for a side window behind the door, distance between door and rear fender is quite short. 1949 by the grille, therefore [D-29]. |

They used a '49 for the outdoor establishing shots, but the car they used in the studio was a '51 (see last photo at right). |
