 A 1965 Calais or DeVille which doesn't know how to wear it's indicators properly.

 I don't now, if there were any versions specially made for Chile, but the plate-holder is definetely only for that country, because it has the Chilean measures. As I know it's the only country with this plate-size. The neighbour Argentina has the US-size as the most other American countries, too.
