By the chrome strip under the side windows it will be a 1952+ 1800. Cf http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borgward_Hansa_1500 (the English version doesn't mention those strips, but the German version does: "Äußerlich war das neue Modell an lang gezogenen Blinkern auf den vorderen Kotflügeln (beim 1500 unter den Scheinwerfern), Zierleisten unter den Seitenfenstern und Borgward-Rhombus auf den Radkappen erkennbar." (= Exteriorly the new model was recognisable by the long shaped indicators on top of the front wings (the 1500 had them under the headlights), the strips under the side windows and the Borgward rhombe on the hubcaps) |
