Really Jean Marc, seing you're just doing what you want i think i prefere small arrows to this big circles that stand out so much, they do ruin the picture :/

I agree CCF, annotating the images in this way looks absolute merde. All you have to do here is say "the maroon car behind the estate". [:kiki]

I don't think it ruins the picture. Personnally I prefer this direct impact on the pictures than texting in the comments :/

I don't like it, i like pictures the way they appear in the film, clear, for better or worse, and if we didn't have comments i'd understand your potition, there might be cases in where the picture is bad or exactly the same to other one then well perhaps a difference is required, but in general making circles or arrows while having comments right below the picture is pointless :/

Ah, I have not checked the filming locations...

These circles suck by the way.

As I already said: these circles make me want the comeback of the arrows :D
(but do not worry, as soon as I have some time for that I'll add something nice to "mark" cars on pictures)

Trust me, Antoine: whatever you do somebody will hate it ... actually the circles don't bother me too much; it would be different if they interfered with enjoyment of the film, but the purpose of these pictures is to identify vehicles, which purpose IMHO the circles serve quite well. And I know several users who'll shoot me down ... [:bang]

Am I the only one besides sixcyl who actually likes these circles?!? :D

Yes I think they are good, it doesn't matter if you set "Class: Cars, Sedan" and say "the car behind the estate" there will still come people and identify the estate. That won't be a problem if you have circles like this.

But don't worry I won't add such circles to my pictures, sixcyl however could add those if he likes if it was up to me.

Those people are stupid :p

Or they are in hurry to identify as many cars as possible, before someone else was faster. Sometimes it makes the people mad, when they are always the second... :)

Hrmmpffhh, I haven't found the example for this. I remember, that some of us was really pissed, when he had proudly identified a ZAZ Sapohorhets (if I'm not wrong), but two others had been faster for a few seconds. :D

At short-term, yes. But at long term the purpose is a picture database, so having good-looking pictures is better... (i.e. unaltered pictures)
