I believe it's a Chevy Celebrity, although I'd have to rewatch the movie to be sure. |

I rewatched this scene, and I'm about 90% certain that's a Celebrity. They show the front left hubcap, and it looks to have the Chevy logo on it. |

Yes it is a Chevrolet Celebrity and what year was it build? |

Hubcap indicates it's a '87-'90 model. |

Actually, the fact it is a Sedan indicates it is a 87-89. 89 was the last year for the Sedan, 1990 were only Wagons same goes for the Pontiac 6000 which ended prodcution with the Celebrity in 1990. Only the Buick Century and Oldsmobile Ciera stayed as GM's FWD A-Body cars. I call it an 87, I have an 87 sedan just that color. I have seen 88's and the same color does not look the same as the 87. The 87 had more of a metallic look. Items of interest for this partiular car: *No engine bading on front fender *No pass. side mirror Also, that is a Pontiac Fiero in the background. |

Actually the 6000 was produced through 1991 and came in both sedan and wagon. |

Actually it's a 1982-85 due to the front end. |

it looks like it has this front end: /vehicle_59841-Chevrolet-Celebrity-1987.html vs this one: /vehicle_81313-Chevrolet-Celebrity-1984.html so i'd think at least an '86 -- Last edit: 2007-07-02 14:17:10 |

Correct it is at least an '86 w/ those hubcaps. |

Garth accidentally leaves a big scratch on this while playing with that power tool. (although it's hard to see here even with an HD picture - which isn't as big as the other updated captures for some reason) -- Last edit: 2011-06-08 17:16:08 |
