A search on Google reveals that there is a company called "Coastline Cab Servicenter" in Washington, DC, with the phone number 462-4543 (very similar to HO 2-4544 (HO=46)), but the company is not listed in the DC Taxicab Commission's online database: http://app.dctaxi.dc.gov/taxilist.asp?page=1&search= .
