Not Chevrolet or GMC. Notice that the height of the curved top of cab cowl/hood is greater, and that the molding around the hood/cab is at and below where the hood opens at the front on GM, instead of at and above where the hood opens on the movie truck. The grille appears to be narrower and bar style is neither Chevrolet or GMC.
