The Journey starts off with a mercedes bus ... but after it has set off ...it changes to this.! (much longer... different bus ...with a mercedes badge.! ..but is it.?? ..it doesn't look it to me.!) |

For my opinion,given that movie of italian production,was an adapted Fiat coach of early'70s with a sticked Mercedes three-pointed star(because the stunt was filmed in Italy partly,in the scenes played in our Country was framed with that front end modified,seen the non-availability of that Brazilian Mercedes bus in Italy);however a Fiat coach,I believe |

Surely Fiat 306 with Lombardy-built coachwork. Probably an early Garbarini Pegaso, less probably a Bianchi & C. Front end has been completely rebuilt by an African craftsman after a crash. |
