Essx28 ◊ 2006-03-27 23:35	My 1928 Essex Rumble Seat Coupe was used in the recent remake of "King Kong". There were several other Essex's as well as a collection of other cars of that period. The main vehicle (taxi) used was a 1926 Essex Sedan. Dave Young (New Zealand)
1929 challenger ◊ 2009-11-17 01:23	Good day everyone, This car is a 1929 Essex Town sedan. (Pictures doesn't really show the 3rd window on the side but seems like it has.) Nevertheless, if that car has 3 side windows it's a Town sedan and if not it's a standard sedan. In both cases it's a 1929 Essex. The 1930 has a curve headlight bar, therefore cannot be a 1930. The cowl lights are close to the hood, 1929 version. 1930 had the cowl lights close to the door bolted on the belt line.
