Japanese 'Reikyusha' (= hearse), most likely made by Yonezu Kobo in the popular retro-style. I suppose an 4WD vehicle underneath, like in many of these cases. Maybe a Toyota HiLux or something like that. |

We can see the straight front axle underneath so it is not 4WD - probably just a regulat 2WD pickup of some sort. The grille looks - maybe - Packard. |
