I think of a 11 Normale (name of the 11 B in Citroen Belgium range), but a picture of the crank hole on the grill would have help to be sure of this assertion. I'd go for 1950.

By the rims type (made in Nivelles-Belgium) it's certainly a Citroen Forest production from Belgium. I think of a 11 Normale (name of the 11 B in Citroen Belgium range), but a picture of the crank hole on the grill would have help to be sure of this assertion. I'd go for 1950.
