 Look`s like an old NAF-VIKING tow truck. Red and yellow.

 The front wheels seem to have six studs so K2 would be correct but wheelbase must be lengthened as it is too long for both K2 and K4. The K4/CXB passenger chassis would have eight wheel studs and looks longer than here.
