Is this the same kind of bus as in /vehicle_22631-GMC-PD-4905-1968.html -- Last edit: 2006-03-03 15:44:37 |

This is a PD4108, note the side marker lights above the pass windows which the 4107's did not have. Its the 35 foot version of the 4900 series. 4900's meant 49 pass w/o restroom. 4100's were 41 pass w/o restroom. All crosswise V8-71's with angle drive tranny's, either 4 spd stick or ugh... 3spd auto matic... dr. g. |

Still falls under the classification of a "Buffalo Bus." /vehicles_make-GMC_model-%27Buffalo.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GM_Buffalo_bus -- Last edit: 2008-07-18 23:59:10 |

But that name "Buffalo Bus" was just given to those whose model was unknown, like the "New Look", isn't it? |

Only of certain varieties, like this one and the others in the links. It wouldn't apply to a Senicruiser, or PD 4104's & 4106's. And it certainly doesn't apply to non GMC Buses. -- Last edit: 2008-07-19 15:52:29 |
