pilou ◊ 2009-07-31 11:32	1939 Chrysler Windsor ( C-22).It has non stock free standing headlights mounted at each side of the upper grille part.In 1939 Chryslers had their headlights moved into the fenders and it is plausible that the new height to ground and distance between the lights did not compell with period regulations or that the owner installed that additional set.
