 IIRC originally as Mirafiori.

 This car is finished in a colour that didn't have any diffusion in Italy, but some success in UK: called "V.I.P. green" (code 318), was available earlier om some Lancias (Betas)and lasted on 131 only between early 1978 and early 1979.
