 I was thinking about DAF, and as Gag wrote, it was filmed in NL, too, I'm quite sure about that.

 Indeed. If you google 'DAF 2100 vuilniswagen' (images) you'll find this very truck on the first picture (though the ad at marktplaza doesn't exist anymore...).

 Vuilnis = Müll / garbage / ordures... ;)

Aber für Deutsche wird sich das Wort 'vuilnis' natürlich wie 'Fäulnis' (rottening, decomposition) anhören...
