It's definitely a B3, although I'm not sure if it's an 80 or a 90 (I believe they both had the body-coloured bumpers in North America, and those wheels look to be aftermarket). |

It was based on the 80/90, but according to german Wikipedia it was only called "Coupé", without 80 or 90. Was it different for the USA ? |

USA 1990-91 coupe quattro, 20v, with stock 15x7 Speedlines. This was the only wheel available for this car in the USA, but i cant see if its a USA front bumper in the picture. |

Yes its us spec. because of the Sidemarkers and Headlights! The wheels were availible in europe too! Its a B3 88-91, but i'm not able to see if its a 80 or Coupé |
