 1932 Lincoln KB .It is an open model with body by Murphy .As far as I can see , there seems to be a second windshield that would make it a 1932 Lincoln Dual Cowl Tonneau Phaeton model 232 A by Murphy. Only 30 of this model were produced in 1932.
