 1972+ Opel Rekord [D] or Commodore [B]. By the chrome sil I'd go for the Commodore.

 by the grille it is a 1975 Rekord D (and not a Commodore B)

 Sorry electra225, but grille and hubcaps are obviously Rekord and no Commodore (as here) : /vehicle_171343-Opel-Commodore-1972.html ;)

 P.S. And it's a taxi. A sixcyl-Commodore would really unusual, even back in the 70ies, when the fuel was cheap.
