This is a 1968 or 1969 Bristol 410, not a 1964 408. (British registration plates with a G suffix were issued from 1st August 1968 to 31st July 1969.) |

bristol410, on that rationalle the suffix looks more like a "C" to me which would make it 01 January 1965 to 31 December 1965. According to the Bristol Owners Club (www.boc.net) that would make it a 408 or 409 - if the numberplate is original. However, I think you have stumbled on the correct answer - the giveaway is the converging body side mouldings not seen before the 410. My guess it has a cherished plate or false one fitted for filming. I concur its a Bristol 410 |

Agree 410 - see inset headlights in thumb with contour line to grille surround. 408 and 409 had simpler vertical face with separate forward snout for grille surround. |
