That may not be an 84. The decklid (trunk) looks like it has a hump instead of the big vent like the 84s should have. |

its either a 84 with a gt deck lid added, an 85 gt with a base/se rear facia added, or an 85 se v6 with wing option. 84 and 85 are the only years without 3rd brake light but thats definately not a gt facia. |

Indeed, it is the 1985 model year due to the introduction of V6 engine as the bulge shown at the boot. |

In the movie you hear it accelerate briefly and it sounds like a 4-cylinder. Could be a sound dubbing error but I think more likely this is an Iron Duke-powered Fiero. Could it have had a replacement decklid from an '85 GT? |
