It might have had a simple LHD conversion with a chain linking the steering wheel to the original steering column: valiant1962 wrote For a lot of movies made out here [Australia] the cars are converted to look like left hand drives. A company I worked for sold 4 F100's to the company that made the first Punisher movie with Dolph Lundgren in 1988. They converted them to left hand drive by welding a post to the floor with a bicycle chain across to the right hand side so they could be steered from the left.
