Although the ratio doesn't seem right, by what is possible to understand of its details ( specially the front bumper ) I would say it's an Austin A70 Hereford. It was introduced at the London Motor Show in October 1950 ( 1951 model year ). |

It is definitely a Hereford, by the air intakes under the grille. The smaller but similar Somerset's were either side of the grille, and vertically slatted. |
