Is the badge in the centre of the grille for Fiat 128 or similar Polski Fiat, Lada, ...? |

It's a 128, so it must be a Fiat, since no Polski Fiat or Zasatava 128 sedan was ever exported to the West. |

This looks like 128 Rally [128AR], except that there is no black side bars. ![]() |

This looks like a 4 door version, I think the 128 Rally were only 2 doors? |

By the front bumper we can say "Rallye" http://img2.netcarshow.com/Fiat-128_Rally_1972_800x600_wallpaper_02.jpg |

Yes, but the original bumper could have been changed for an aftermarket one (that misses the central bar of the Rally), as other details (side strip, rear doors) do not correspond with Rally versions. |

Black grille and wipers, specific Carello H4 headlight + additional lights, specific bumper, we must admit its very close to a Rally. I can't see the rear door (and their quarter glass) |

It is possible, but difficult, that Fiat finished for some export markets 4 doors Rallys ? Strange this in Scandinavia, where Fiat sold much more 128 2 doors sedan than 4 doors sedans... |
