Could this possibly be an Eagle Medallion? I know that they made some Renault versions early in 1988 but the rest of the 1988's and the 1989's are Eagles. |

Since this is in Canada, it could be a European model privately imported as a classic. http://www.japanoid.com/stop25.php EDIT: Or not.
