 Is it 1987 by licence plate? It looks like a special type for Spain only by its luxury trim.

 Yes, it's 1987. The GTL and GTS models built by FASA looked that wat, with big hubcaps, foglamps, rear wiper outside and "petal" seats, full door cards and sometimes air con inside.
